This rewarding role is part of the Destinations Guest Operations team, focused on providing top-notch support to guests. You'll assist with check-ins, offer local insights, and ensure the safety of both guests and processes. Your commitment is essential to uphold our high service standards in a safety-sensitive environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide exceptional guest services across various touchpoints

• Check guests in, issuing necessary travel documents

• Manage luggage and oversee guest transitions effectively

• Proactively resolve visitor concerns with empathy

• Tailor experiences for guests with special needs

Requirements:

• Possess a valid Class 5 AB or BC Driver’s License

• Previous experience in customer service or tourism

• Strong communication and public speaking capabilities

• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds when required
