As a valued member of the Personal and Business Banking Team, you will engage clients in a fast-paced Banking Center. Utilize your knowledge of financial services to assist with account management, transactions, and resolve client inquiries. Flexibility is key, as this role involves potential evening and weekend shifts and working across multiple locations within a reasonable distance.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist clients with their daily banking needs
• Respond to inquiries and resolve client issues
• Introduce clients to mobile banking applications
• Connect clients with appropriate CIBC team members
