Join our team as a Front Desk Agent in a full-time role, providing exceptional service and managing guest experiences. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include resolving guest inquiries, processing reservations, and providing local information.
This full-time Front Desk Agent position offers $19.25 per hour. You'll be responsible for welcoming guests, managing check-ins and check-outs, and addressing complaints effectively. We seek organized and client-focused individuals, fully committed to providing a great experience for all hotel visitors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Register guests and assign rooms promptly
• Process room reservations and cancellations
• Investigate and resolve guest complaints
• Provide information on hotel services and local attractions
• Complete cash reports and balance sheets
Requirements:
• High school graduation certificate required
• Experience in the hospitality field is an asset
• On-site work required; no remote options available
• Must be eligible to work in Canada
• Excellent organizational skills and client focus
