In this role, you will manage operational activities to enhance customer service metrics and ensure compliance with policies. With up to 10 direct or indirect reports, you will oversee service quality and productivity. Your leadership will guide the team in order quoting, processing, and fulfillment while addressing customer feedback for service enhancements.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage sales operational activities efficiently
• Lead and develop a focused customer service team
• Monitor service metrics and implement improvements
• Collaborate on order management and quotations
• Ensure compliance with company policies and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
• High School Degree required;
Bachelor's preferred
• Minimum 4 years in customer service
• At least 2 years of supervisory experience
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills
• Knowledge of purchasing and inventory management
