Join our team as a Service Advisor, acting as a vital communication bridge between customers and repair technicians. Your expertise will drive exceptional customer service.
This role primarily involves managing customer relationships while overseeing vehicle repair schedules. As a Service Advisor, you will handle warranty duties, ensuring thorough documentation and compliance while assisting customers with inquiries about repairs. You will be essential in preparing warranty claims and communicating updates effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain customer and vehicle information accurately
• Process warranty claims and track repair orders
• Handle customer inquiries effectively, in person and by phone
• Notify customers of recalls and service updates
• Assist Service Manager with various tasks as required
Requirements:
• Previous experience as a Service Advisor
• Grade 12 education or GED
• Proficient in heavy-duty truck repairs
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Conflict resolution and problem-solving abilities
