The Client Services Representative acts as the first point of contact, using exceptional listening and problem-solving abilities to engage with clients. You will assist with inquiries, conflict resolution, and database management, advocating for a client-centric approach. Key Responsibilities:
• Actively advocate for the Agency’s service approach
• Resolve client issues using effective communication
• Manage detailed records accurately in the database
• Provide timely responses to client inquiries
• Participate in team interactions and project support
Requirements:
• High School Diploma
• At least three years’ relevant experience
• Excellent telephone etiquette
• Experience navigating computer applications
• Knowledge of policies and procedure interpretation
