Position: Inland Service Advisor Role

Inland Truck & Equipment is hiring a Service Advisor to oversee service check-ins, schedule appointments, and provide vehicle care advice. This role is critical for upholding our commitment to customer satisfaction and effective service delivery, including proactive communication at every step.

Key Responsibilities:

• Welcome walk-in customers and handle phone inquiries

• Schedule timely appointments and update service status

• Deliver transparent estimates and secure customer approvals

• Maintain ongoing communication with clients throughout service

• Educate customers on vehicle maintenance and specifications

Requirements:

• 3+ years of service advisory experience preferred

• Strong interpersonal and cheerful customer interaction skills

• Effective verbal and written communication

• Good mechanical understanding and organizational capabilities

• Must be able to lift 25 kgs and manage shop activities
