Salary Range: $40,000.00 To $50,000.00 Annually

We're GROWING! Kicking Horse Ford has an exciting opportunity for a career-orientated individual to join our team as a Service & Parts Assistant! This role is the main point of contact for our customers when they bring their vehicle in for servicing as well as working with our customers and technicians to locate parts.
In this position, you will work full-time, and will earn $40,000 to $50,000 per year based on experience.
What You'll Do:- Work with customers in selecting and locating required parts in a friendly, professional and efficient manner
- Order parts and provide information including their function, prices, application, and warranty
- Listen to the customer’s description of vehicle symptoms to gather information on the nature of their vehicle’s mechanical problem/maintenance.
- Complete walk around inspection and review prior service history to recommend additional needed service and preventative maintenance to the customer when appropriate
- Assist in writing and closing work orders, and taking customer payments
- Conduct regular follow-up calls with customers to keep them abreast of their part order or service repair
- Develop and maintain positive relationships with customers to ensure our employees make customer satisfaction a priority to create customer loyalty and generate referrals
- Assist the Parts and Service Department with other duties as required
