In this position, you’ll manage customer service activities, ensuring compliance and performance metrics are met. Lead a team of typically no more than 10 reports, collaborating with inside sales to streamline order processing, fulfill customer needs, and assess satisfaction levels through effective feedback mechanisms.

• Manage customer service operations effectively
• Develop and monitor customer service metrics
• Train and motivate a skilled team of service professionals

Requirements:
• High School Degree;
Bachelor's preferred
• 4 years in customer service roles required
• Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in purchasing systems and reporting
