Join Revelstoke Mountain Resort as a Front Desk Agent this winter season. Engage with guests, book snow lessons, and provide exceptional service in British Columbia.

Revelstoke Snow School is searching for enthusiastic Front Desk Agents to serve as the first guest contact. This role involves booking lessons, managing inquiries, and promoting resort services. You will assist with various administrative tasks and ensure a smooth operation while marketing the fantastic offerings of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer guest questions and handle complaints professionally

• Promote and facilitate Snow School sales effectively

• Assign lessons and manage schedule in RTP system

• Handle cash outs and reconciliations accurately

• Maintain cleanliness and assist other departments as needed

Requirements:

• Work eligibility in Canada with necessary documentation

• One season experience in ski industry or guest relations

• Strong communication, customer service, and sales skills

• Cash handling experience and proficiency in MS Office

• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team
