Experience the thrill of skiing this winter as a Front Desk Agent at Revelstoke Mountain Resort. Enhance guest interactions while managing bookings and promoting services.

Revelstoke Snow School is on the lookout for detail-oriented Front Desk Agents. In this role, you will manage guest inquiries, assist with lesson bookings, and handle administrative responsibilities. Your keen sales skills will help market the diverse offerings of Revelstoke Mountain Resort and Selkirk Tangiers Heli Skiing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure guest inquiries are addressed in a timely manner

• Promote Snow School products and secure lesson bookings

• Assist with lesson assignment and scheduling

• Perform daily cash reconciliations and cash outs

• Provide general resort information and assistance

Requirements:

• Valid work eligibility in Canada with permit and SIN documentation

• Minimum one season experience in ski or guest relations roles

• Excellent communication and customer service abilities

• Strong attention to detail and cash handling experience

• Proficiency in scheduling/database software and MS Office
