You will be responsible for preparing quotes, managing inquiries, and collaborating with technicians and account managers. Your efforts will foster strong customer relationships while contributing to fire safety solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare accurate quotes and service invoices
• Collaborate with technicians and account managers
• Respond to customer inquiries about services and documentation
• Maintain meticulous records and document files
• Deliver support to Branch and Regional teams
Requirements:
• 2+ years of experience in a service environment
• Background in fire protection or business administration
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Client-focused with a self-motivated approach
• Current Certificate of Conduct required
