This full-time seasonal position for Summer 2026 focuses on creating unforgettable visits in the Columbia Valley, British Columbia. You will assist with inquiries, manage ticketing transactions, and help guests navigate attractions. Your expertise in customer service will shine as you interact with visitors from around the world.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with ticket sales and combo packages
• Use computerized systems for ticket processing
• Handle cash and credit transactions accurately
• Validate tickets before guest boarding
• Manage crowds effectively during busy times
Requirements:
• Strong customer service experience required
• Attention to detail and communication skills
• Second language skills are an advantage
• Ability to process cash and transactions efficiently
• Consent to a criminal record check
