• Welcome clients and assist them in person and remotely

• Answer equipment questions and coordinate appropriate solutions

• Schedule appointments and manage equipment demonstrations

• Document client interactions and maintain accurate records

• Collaborate with branch teams to enhance client satisfaction

Requirements:

• Customer service experience, especially with technical equipment

• Strong problem-solving and communication skills

• High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office, especially Excel

• Driven by a passion for facilitating better client experiences
