Previous experience in automotive services is beneficial but strong customer service skills can make you thrive.

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer customer inquiries and greet them professionally

• Schedule and check-in customers for service appointments

• Provide accurate service estimates and recommend additional services

• Keep customers updated on their service progress

• Educate customers on proper vehicle maintenance practices

Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of related experience

• Effective communication skills, both verbal and written

• Strong organizational abilities and mechanical knowledge

• Must be capable of lifting 25 kgs and navigating shop floors

• Knowledge of compliance with safety regulations
