National Seating Client

Position: National Seating Client Experience Role
Join National Seating & Mobility as a Client Experience Specialist and engage directly with clients to enhance their mobility solutions. This full-time, on-site position emphasizes proactive support and problem-solving.

In this role, you will support clients in person and through various communication methods. You’ll coordinate appointments and equipment trials while working closely with therapists. Your attention to detail in managing documentation and equipment tracking is crucial for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized client support through multiple channels

• Answer equipment-related inquiries and recommend solutions

• Organize schedules for equipment deliveries and trials

• Document and prepare work orders and client orders

• Track and manage equipment transfers between locations

Requirements:

• Customer service background with technical products

• Excellent listening and communication skills

• Detailed, organized, and able to multitask efficiently

• Comfortable with new technologies and software

• Enthusiastic about assisting clients with their needs
