Welcome winter visitors at Trailglow with guest service and ticketing expertise in Golden, supporting admissions, retail, video, and café operations.
As a Guest Experience Agent, you will provide professional service from arrival through departure. You will answer questions, sell and validate tickets, process reservations, and guide guests around Golden Skybridge, Trailglow, and the Canadian Rockies. Cross-training supports flexible coverage across departments.
Key Responsibilities:- Welcome guests and deliver professional service throughout visits
- Process Trailglow and Canyon Swing tickets and packages
- Use Ventrata for reservations, ticketing, and redemptions
- Handle Canadian and United States cash and card payments
- Support retail, video, café, and guest-flow operations
- Guest services, retail, or customer-facing experience
- Knowledge of Golden Skybridge, Trailglow, and surrounding winter activities
- Accurate cash handling and transaction processing
- Ability to learn Ventrata, retail, and video systems
- Flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays
