Support customer inventory operations as a Field Operations Associate II with Grainger, using service, technology, and problem-solving skills onsite. Travel between designated customer locations while maintaining accurate stock levels and service standards.
Grainger seeks a Field Operations Associate II to support customers managing inventory and operations. The work combines customer service, inventory management, technology use, and collaboration with sales and cross-functional partners. You will service routes, address customer problems, and help execute inventory projects.
Key Responsibilities:- Receive and stock products at designated customer locations
- Scan depleted inventory and maintain proper stocking levels
- Verify product labeling and quantities on hand
- Collect inventory data and support Keep Stock implementation
- Collaborate with sales partners to improve customer experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Three or more years in customer service or selling
- Comfort using technology daily
- Strong judgment and independent problem-solving skills
- Ability to travel and meet customer site safety requirements
