• Associates are compensated on a fee-for-service basis with remuneration starting from 40% - 45% of collections and higher (depending on experience)
• Monthly guaranteed minimum, or daily per diem

• Flexible days
• Temporary/locum contracts (with potential for permanent placement)

• DDS/DMD/BDS from an accredited program OR NDEB equivalency
• Licensed or in process of registering with the BC College of Oral Health Professionals (BCCOHP)
• Open to candidates currently licensed in other Canadian provinces
• Experience in practicing dentistry in Canada is preferred, but new graduates are welcome with mentorship provided
• Strong communication skills and a commitment to patient care
• New graduates are encouraged to apply
