Role Description

This full-time, on-site Associate Dentist role is based at The Golden Dental Centre in Golden, BC. The Associate Dentist will perform comprehensive dental examinations, diagnose and treat oral health conditions, and provide restorative, preventive, and cosmetic dental care. Daily responsibilities include developing treatment plans, delivering patient-centered care, and collaborating with the dental team to ensure safe and efficient clinical operations. The role also involves educating patients on oral hygiene practices, documenting clinical findings, and maintaining high standards of infection control and professional ethics.

Qualifications
  • Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Dentist in British Columbia, with good standing in the relevant regulatory body.
  • Clinical proficiency in diagnosis, treatment planning, restorative procedures, and preventive dental care.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build trust, explain treatment options, and educate patients.
  • Ability to work collaboratively within a dental team, including hygienists, assistants, and administrative staff.
  • Commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care and maintaining a respectful, inclusive environment.
  • Attention to detail with reliable documentation, infection control practices, and adherence to clinical protocols.
  • Interest in continuing education and staying current with advances in dental techniques and technologies.
  • Experience in a general practice setting is an asset; new graduates with solid clinical skills are welcome to apply.
