You will oversee the production of technical documents and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.
Your role will involve coordinating design efforts and mentoring less experienced team members.
- Oversee the creation of compliant technical design documents
- Collaborate with teams to ensure designs meet regulations
- Develop design solutions for both new builds and renovations
- Lead specification assembly using NMS standards
- Coordinate with project consultants and contractors during construction
- Accredited degree or diploma in architectural and building technology
- 10+ years in a relevant consulting environment
- Robust proficiency in architectural detail and building systems
- Familiarity with REVIT and BIM technologies
- Construction site experience necessary
