Join Paradigm Homes as the Design & BIM Manager, where your expertise in prefabrication and leadership will transform design standards. This hybrid position operates from home with essential visits to the Louis Creek factory each week.

As the Design & BIM Manager, you will guide the design team through the full lifecycle of projects. This includes setting quality expectations, managing schedules, and fostering talent development. You will also be charged with identifying systems that enable the standardization of design processes to maximize production efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee team roles and manage design schedules

• Mentor designers to enhance their capabilities

• Enforce quality checks on all design outputs

• Coordinate shop drawing production and approvals

• Implement design standards and control revisions

Requirements:

• Relevant degree in Architectural Technology or Engineering

• At least 5 years in design or BIM management

• Strong Revit skills with panelized construction expertise

• Familiar with fabrication principles and shop drawing

• Excellent communicator and organizational skills
