The Opportunity
This is an exciting opportunity for an accomplished Senior Architect who is ready to take on a broader leadership role, combining architectural design, project delivery, people management and business development.
You will be responsible for providing leadership and direction to the Kamloops office, overseeing a varied portfolio of projects while ensuring the team continues to deliver high-quality architectural work.
The role requires someone who has built a strong foundation in project management and understands what it takes to successfully lead multiple projects, manage client expectations, coordinate project teams and navigate the complexities of design and construction.
While strong technical knowledge and project delivery experience are essential, the firm is equally interested in someone with a genuine passion for architecture and a well-developed design aesthetic. You will have the opportunity to contribute your own creative vision, influence design decisions and help maintain a high standard of work across the office.
A significant part of the opportunity will also involve the business side of architecture. You will work closely with senior leadership to strengthen existing client relationships, develop new connections, identify project opportunities and contribute to the continued growth of the Kamloops practice.
