A community support organization in Kamloops seeks a Youth Worker dedicated to mentoring Urban Indigenous youth aged 13 to 18. Responsibilities include fostering positive relationships and providing culturally grounded support through recreational, educational, and cultural programs. Candidates should have a degree in Social Services and experience with high-risk youth. Compensation ranges from $26.00 to $29.00 per hour, plus benefits including health and paid time off.
