Position: Coordinator for Student Enrollment Services
Become an integral part of the York County School Division as the Coordinator for Student Enrollment Services. Drive efficient enrollment processes and address residency inquiries.

This important role oversees all aspects of student enrollment, including managing non-resident applications and working with foreign exchange students. You will conduct training sessions for school registrars and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines. Your communication skills will foster strong relationships with families and educational staff, enhancing the overall enrollment experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all student enrollment and residency processes

• Educate schools on enrollment policies and best practices

• Assist families with foreign exchange student transitions

• Conduct residency investigations for compliance

• Maintain accurate documentation for state reporting

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in teaching or related fields

• Administrative license or master's preferred

• Three years of K-12 teaching experience or relevant administrative experience

• Strong understanding of enrollment regulations

• Flexibility to travel for home visits
