Position: Digitalization Advisor for TVET in Ethiopia
Transform vocational education in Ethiopia as a TVET Digitalization Advisor. Collaborate with the Ministry of Labor and Skills to modernize training models and promote industry integration.
This volunteer role in Addis Ababa, starting in August 2026, seeks an individual passionate about educational technology and digital transformation. You will work closely with the Ethiopian Ministry to implement AI-integrated learning, develop curricula for blended education, and foster partnerships between local and Canadian businesses. By enhancing vocational colleges' digital infrastructure, your efforts will contribute to Ethiopia's economic reform and provide networking opportunities for entrepreneurs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Modify curricula for blended learning approaches

• Train instructors on LMS platforms like Moodle

• Establish collaborations for micro-credentials in digital skills

• Lead AI literacy training sessions

• Mentor for gender-inclusive participation in STEM
Requirements:

• Bachelor’s in educational technology, ICT, or related field

• 3+ years in digital transformation or e-learning

• Strong skills in writing and presentations

• Proficiency in LMS administration

• Fluent in English (Level
5)
