Stenberg College, a leader in psychiatric nursing education, is hiring a Registered Psychiatric Nurse to serve as a Clinical Instructor. The successful candidate will be passionate about supporting students’ learning in a hybrid environment that includes both online theory and in-person clinical practice.

Your role will involve supervising students' hands-on experiences while offering guidance and develop their nursing skills across various settings.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during clinical practices

• Provide mentorship in patient care scenarios

• Facilitate lab simulations for experiential learning

• Assist in student evaluations and feedback

• Support student learning and development initiatives

Requirements:

• Active BCCNM Registration as a Psychiatric Nurse

• Minimum 5 years as a Registered Psychiatric Nurse

• Bachelor’s degree required;
Master’s preferred

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and Teams

• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
