This permanent position requires a dedicated individual to assist the Archivist in various archival-related tasks, including cataloguing and providing access to materials. Key Responsibilities:
• Organize and catalog archival materials according to standards
• Maintain records and assist with accessioning processes
• Help visitors with research inquiries and general information
• Create educational resources and support museum events
• Facilitate preservation and digitization activities
Requirements:
• Certificate in Archival Studies or a related field
• Minimum two years experience with Indigenous communities
• Knowledge of archival systems and management
• Competence in relevant software applications
• Strong attention to detail and communication skills
