CNA Youth Engagement Coordinator

In this full-time, permanent position, you'll coordinate activities aimed at enhancing youth appreciation for nłeʔképmx heritage. This role requires a creative leader who can plan programs, engage youth in sports and cultural camps, and collaborate with community members for impactful experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
• Coordinate diverse youth programs and cultural activities
• Facilitate engagement in sports and workshops
• Organize harvesting and cultural camps for youth
• Build community relationships to support engagement
• Assess program outcomes and participant feedback
Requirements:
• Experience in community youth work, preferably Indigenous
• Familiarity with nłeʔképmx culture is beneficial
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Valid BC Class 5 driver's license necessary
• Must pass a Vulnerable Sector Check
