In this non-exempt position, you will implement behavior intervention plans under supervision, directly supporting students to improve their behavioral performance. Collaboration with teachers and a commitment to training will be key to your success. Qualifications include a strong understanding of student needs and effective data collection skills.
Key Responsibilities:
• Implement and adhere to behavioral techniques
• Support classroom teachers with direct student interventions
• Engage in communication with educational professionals
• Attend mandatory training for professional development
• Help maintain a safe learning environment
Requirements:
• Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification required
• High school diploma necessary;
Associate's Degree preferred
• Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently
• Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities
• Compassionate towards children and families in need
