Our Lady of Perpetual Help (OLPH) School in Kamloops, BC, is looking for a part-time Elementary Educator to start September 1, 2026. A strong background in Catholic education is essential for this role.
The position is designed for enthusiastic candidates who can effectively engage with approximately 160 students from Kindergarten to Grade Seven. Successful applicants will have a Bachelor of Education Degree, valid BC Certification, and a proven track record in differentiating instruction. Team collaboration with another teacher is key in this job-share role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Deliver curriculum integrating Catholic teachings
• Differentiate lessons to meet individual student needs
• Use diverse instructional methods and assessments
• Display effective classroom management skills
• Lead and promote extracurricular activities
Requirements:
• Active participation in a Catholic parish
• Bachelor of Education Degree
• Valid BC Certification
• Successful experience in Elementary education
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
