As a dedicated Clinical Practice Educator, you will enhance and support healthcare delivery in post-anesthetic recovery. With a focus on person and family-centered care, you will develop and implement educational programs for nursing staff.
Your role will engage in collaboration to promote a culture of quality improvement while addressing clinical education challenges.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop educational programs for nursing staff
• Provide clinical support and mentorship
• Collaborate on quality practice and learning initiatives
• Conduct assessments to evaluate learning needs
• Integrate nursing competencies into education
Requirements:
• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing
• Current registration with BCCNM
• Three years of relevant nursing experience
• Two years of adult teaching and mentoring experience
• Valid BC Driver’s License
