The Clinical Practice Educator will guide staff through person and family-centered care, providing essential educational resources in clinical settings. Utilizing evidence-based nursing theories, you will develop and implement tailored educational programs and assessments for nursing staff. Collaborate with team members to foster a quality learning environment and address clinical education issues effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop formal and informal educational programs for nursing staff
• Conduct individual and group learning assessments
• Collaborate on quality practice initiatives
• Integrate nursing competencies into education and practice
• Support staff in addressing learning needs
Requirements:
• Experience in nursing education or training
• Knowledge of person and family-centered care
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Proven ability to foster a collaborative learning environment
• Registered Nurse, Registered Psychiatric Nurse, or Licensed Practical Nurse designation
