Become a transformative force as the Senior ECE Coordinator for the Tŝilhqot’in National Government in Williams Lake, BC. Deliver high-quality early childhood education and language initiatives with a focus on Tŝilhqot’in culture.

This full-time, term role offers an exciting opportunity to provide strategic oversight and enrich early education programs for Tŝilhqot’in peoples. You will coordinate curriculum, supervise educators, and foster vital relationships with families and community leaders while ensuring adherence to child development principles and licensing regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive the planning and execution of ECE programming

• Mentor and supervise early childhood educators

• Schedule and coordinate training for staff development

• Collaborate with community leadership and daycare partners

• Oversee compliance and reporting for grants and evaluations

Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in Early Childhood Education or a related field

• Valid ECE certification and extensive experience in childcare

• Leadership and supervisory background

• Strong understanding of child development guidelines
