As a Relief Education Assistant, you will provide essential support to students experiencing learning challenges, implementing tailored educational programs and interventions. This role requires collaboration with classroom teachers and involves fostering student independence and appropriate peer interactions. The ability to adapt to various educational environments and maintain professionalism is vital.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support individualized learning plans and behavioral programs

• Implement classroom instructional strategies

• Operate educational technology to assist learning

• Maintain records and liaise with educational teams

• Assist students with personal care needs

Requirements:

• Grade 12 or equivalent qualification

• Enrolled in Education Assistant Certificate program

• Level 1 First Aid and CPI certification required

• Proven ability to connect positively with students

• Must possess a valid Class 5 BC Driver's License
