Position: Flexible Teaching Role in Princeton Area
Location: Merritt

Join Nicola Similkameen School District as a Teaching on Call Uncertified Teacher in Princeton. This role allows you to positively impact students in a supportive, community-driven environment.

We are seeking engaging individuals to contribute to a rich educational experience for approximately 2075 students, many of whom are Indigenous. Candidates should possess a Bachelor’s degree or another form of post-secondary education. You will build relationships with students using your effective communication skills and enthusiasm for teaching.

• Deliver classroom instruction as needed on a flexible basis

• Foster an engaging learning environment for students

• Collaborate with other educators for optimal student support

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent post-secondary education

• Preferred recent successful teaching or training experience

• Strong communication and interpersonal abilities

• Commitment to working with youth and Indigenous communities

• Ability to adapt to various teaching situations
