Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate partnerships with local businesses and industries

• Provide labor market information and job leads

• Match participants' skills with job opportunities

• Develop creative outreach strategies for program recruitment

• Track participant progress and maintain accurate data

Requirements:

• Relevant post-secondary qualification or equivalent experience

• Proven experience in community-based programming

• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills

• Competence in essential software tools

• Emergency First Aid/CPR-C Certificate required
