Join the team at South Kamloops Secondary School as a Full-Time French Language Arts Teacher. Inspire students in French 9 to 12 in an inclusive learning environment.
Starting September 1, 2026, and lasting until June 30, 2027, this term position includes instructing classes in French 9, French 10, FRAL 10, and both FRAL 11 and FRAL 12 levels. Candidates must submit a complete application package to be considered for this role.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach and assess French 9 and 10 courses
• Instruct FRAL 10, 11, and 12 to foster language skills
• Create diverse and inclusive lesson plans
• Support various student learning needs
• Monitor and report on student academic performance
Requirements:
• British Columbia teaching certificate (or pending application)
• Relevant educational transcripts required
• Up-to-date practicum evaluation or teaching report
• Comprehensive cover letter and resume with references
• Include reference letters from past education roles
