Qualified applicants are invited to teach a variety of courses within an Indigenous-centered curriculum. Candidates must have a Master of Social Work degree and a background in teaching to Indigenous adult learners. This teaching position emphasizes collaboration and community engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Teach various courses, including Trauma Informed Social Work Theory
• Implement a hybrid teaching approach for diverse learners
• Support students in both traditional and digital classrooms
• Build partnerships with Indigenous social service organizations
• Actively contribute to the school and community environment
Requirements:
• Master of Social Work degree (MSW) required
• At least two years of teaching experience at college level
• Knowledge of Indigenous social work practices
• Familiarity with Moodle, Teams, and Outlook platforms
• Excellent interpersonal skills for relationship building
