Part-Time Noon Hour Supervisor Role

Join Rocky Mountain School District No. 6 as a part-time Noon Hour Supervisor, where you'll ensure student safety during lunch. This temporary role is effective from September 8 to October 31, 2026.

In this essential position, you will supervise students effectively while interacting positively with them. Strong communication skills and the ability to foster relationships with both students and staff are crucial. Candidates with experience in youth engagement or first aid will have an added advantage, although it's not mandatory. Your contribution will ensure a supportive and safe environment for students during their noon hour.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise students during lunch to ensure safety

• Maintain effective relationships with all District staff

• Communicate clearly with students and colleagues

• Other duties as assigned as per needs

Requirements:

• High School Diploma or equivalent

• Experience working with youth is desirable

• First aid certification would be an asset

• Understanding of school routines and dynamics

• Ability to relate to children with empathy
