Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and facilitate workshops and webinars for faculty
• Partner with faculty to assess and improve teaching practices
• Support new faculty through the Ready-to-Teach program
• Collaborate with educational teams across various campuses
• Implement emerging research into practical faculty resources
Requirements:
• Master’s degree in a relevant field
• Experience in educational development and workshop facilitation
• Knowledge of current educational research in higher education
• Proficiency with learning management systems and digital tools
• Commitment to equity, diversity, and inclusion in education
