Join the Sexqeltqin Early Learning Center as a Full Time Permanent Early Childhood Educator with Adams Lake Indian Band. This role focuses on culturally aware care and teaching, promoting positive child and family relationships.

As a Full Time Early Childhood Educator, you'll collaborate under the Director of the Early Learning Program, developing curriculum in alignment with organizational goals. You will engage in building respectful connections with children and families, providing attentive supervision both in the classroom and during field trips. Enthusiasm for professional development and teamwork is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop engaging, curriculum-aligned activities

• Foster positive relationships with children and families

• Supervise children during educational and outdoor activities

• Prepare learning materials and assist with clean up

• Maintain effective team collaboration and communication

Requirements:

• Valid BC Early Childhood Education Certificate

• Food Safe Certificate preferred

• Experience in outdoor education an asset

• Strong organization and time management skills

• Emergency Child Safe/First Aid certificate required
