Join the SCSD2 team at Sagebrush Elementary as an After School Program Club Leader. Inspire students through STEM-focused education while supporting their social-emotional growth.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals, either certified teachers or education students, to lead our after-school initiatives. In this role, you will organize educational content that meets grant specifications, ensuring a respectful and inclusive environment for all students. Management of behavior and collaboration with staff members and community partners is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and implement after school STEM curriculum
• Create an engaging and respectful learning environment
• Collaborate with school administrators and staff
• Manage and maintain program supplies and resources
Requirements:
• Certification from the Professional Teaching Standards Board
• College enrollment in an education program preferred
• Prior experience in school settings a plus
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Ability to effectively address student behavior issues
