Become a Full Time Permanent Early Childhood Educator at Adams Lake Indian Band's Sexqeltqin Early Learning Center. This position highlights the importance of cultural sensitivity and teamwork in children's education.

In this role, as an Early Childhood Educator, you will be guided by the Director of the Early Learning Program to develop a curriculum reflecting our mission and goals. Building respectful relationships with children and families is vital, as is supervising their growth and learning in diverse settings, including outdoor activities.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop curriculum aligned with organizational vision

• Build trusting relationships with children and families

• Oversee children’s activities both inside and outside the classroom

• Prepare materials and assist in classroom projects

• Collaborate effectively within the team

Requirements:

• Valid BC Early Childhood Education Certificate

• Food Safe Certificate preferred

• Experience in outdoor education is desirable

• Strong organizational and time management skills

• Emergency Child Safe/First Aid certification required
