Teach secondary Humanities and English with School District No. 27 in a full-time temporary assignment through June 30, 2027. Valid BC certification is required.
This 1.0 FTE assignment is effective immediately and based in School District 27. The successful teacher brings training and experience teaching Humanities at the secondary level. Compensation follows the current salary grid, BC TQS verification, and verified service years from previous employers.
Key Responsibilities:- Teach Humanities at the secondary level
- Teach English within the assigned Humanities and English schedule
- Participate in structured mentorship when eligible
- Engage in professional development opportunities
- Valid BC Teacher Regulation Branch Certification
- Training and experience teaching secondary Humanities
- Legal eligibility to work in Canada
- Ability to meet assignment requirements without LMIA support
