Take charge of engineering projects as a Commissioning Manager with Fluor Canada, overseeing pre-commissioning to start-up operations. Your leadership will ensure seamless project hand-over to clients.
In this role, you will manage and document the commissioning process, interacting closely with clients and construction teams. Key responsibilities include developing quality manuals, managing budgets, and controlling labor costs. Your technical expertise and communication skills will guide you in optimizing project success.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the commissioning and turnover of facilities
• Develop and manage commissioning budgets proactively
• Collaborate with subcontractors for pre-commissioning activities
• Maintain relationships with the client plant manager
• Lead the development of project procedure manuals
Requirements:
• Four-year degree and 18 years related experience
• Technical knowledge in commissioning and operations
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• Ability to manage complex projects effectively
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally
