You will engage in travel across beautiful British Columbia, collecting critical information for your cost assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare comprehensive project cost estimates

• Review drawings and tender documents thoroughly

• Gather job site information for accurate estimates

• Perform detailed quantity takeoffs and cost analyses

• Manage change orders and potential claims during construction
Requirements:

• Engineering Degree or Technical diploma in Civil Engineering

• 1-3 years of construction industry experience

• Familiarity with estimating software, preferably HCSS

• Previous experience in estimating or project coordination

• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
