Your role as a Field Materials Technician will involve working closely with the Field Lead to ensure high-quality standards are met across multiple projects. Leverage your solid background in testing and analysis, while mentoring new employees and adhering to safety guidelines. Your technical abilities and communication skills will be vital in conveying insights and collaborating with various teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive field and lab testing for aggregates and concrete

• Guide junior technicians in their development

• Deliver test results effectively to staff and clients

• Uphold laboratory certifications continuously

• Execute maintenance on testing instruments as required

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of lab and field testing experience

• Preferable to hold CCIL and/or CSA certification

• Strong communication and teamwork abilities

• Attention to detail and technical acumen

• Civil Engineering Technology diploma is beneficial
