  • Coordinate with Operations, Technical Services, Integrity, and Project teams to ensure clear delineation of roles, accountabilities, and execution readiness for both sustaining capital and major project scopes.
  • Ensure facility and pipeline modifications meet fit‑for‑purpose design intent and operational requirements, particularly for brownfield integration into live systems.
  • Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to field operations for unplanned events, abnormal operating conditions, and execution challenges.
  • Provide technical direction and oversight to external consultants and contractors, ensuring engineering deliverables meet required standards of quality, safety, and constructability.
  • Support incident and near‑miss investigations, including identification of root causes and development of engineering‑driven corrective actions and lessons learned.
  • Provide project engineering and management services including managing 3rd party engineering firms; project scoping; preparing AFEs; drawing/design review, permitting, job hazard analysis, cost and schedule tracking, construction coordination, commissioning, and start‑up support.
Qualification and Professional Experience
  • Post‑secondary education with a bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical, Civil, Chemical).
  • Ability to register as a Professional Engineer (P.Eng.) designation in British Columbia.
  • Minimum five years engineering experience in a related field.

  • Project management experience including experience managing projects up to $5 M.
  • Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a diverse group of technical personnel.
  • A track record of delivering high‑quality work, managing competing priorities, and supporting key business processes or operational functions.
