Project Coordinator

OpportunityProject Coordinator position located in Kelowna or Kamloops. The role reports to a Project Manager across multiple projects and offers growth potential through exposure to clients, design and construction teams, program and project management processes, and strong project leaders. You will receive support and mentorship from leadership and the Project Management team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct cost, schedule, and document management functions on project(s). Develop, track and update cost forecasts; maintain and update project cost reports; develop and update project schedules; support procurement; maintain document management systems through all phases.
- Deliver day‑to‑day project tracking and communications with clients, project teams, and other stakeholders.
- Prepare and distribute project correspondence and meeting notes.
- Review, monitor, and record all contracts, invoices, change orders, and payments to contractors, consultants, and vendors.
- Support the preparation of regular progress reports (internal and external).
- Participate and coordinate project team activities and interact effectively with clients, contractors, architects, engineers, project managers, and other consultants or stakeholders.
- Coordinate and participate in proposal writing and business development activities.
- Support project quality control by maintaining quality management plans, coordinating reviews, and ensuring accuracy and compliance of drawings, documents, and submissions.
- Maintain the risk register, coordinate risk identification activities, and monitor updates throughout the project lifecycle.
- Bachelor’s degree or technical diploma in a related field.
- 1–3 years of related experience; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Acquired project management experience through on‑the‑job consulting projects.
Hybrid office environment; work largely sedentary with computers. Field work may involve exposure to elements, inclement weather, and active construction sites.

Locations outside of Lower Mainland - BC & various locations in Ontario: $50,100.00 – $67,600.00 annually.
Pay TransparencyIn compliance with pay transparency laws, pay ranges are provided for positions in locations where required. The final agreed upon compensation is based on individual education, qualifications, experience, and work location. Certain roles are bonus eligible. Actual compensation for part‑time roles will be pro‑rated based on the agreed number of working hours per week.
